SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders received by 1pm AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day pending credit verification. Orders made on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. 


RATES - DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA) 

FINDLAY uses Sendle and Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. 
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $7.00
Express Shipping (Next Day Delivery): $12.00

RATES - SINGAPORE

Findlay uses Lalamove, a Singapore courier service. Findlay charges a flat rate of $7.00 for all courier deliveries within Singapore.
Findlay also allows customers to pick up their order from Head Office in Robertson Quay. This is an option available during checkout. If this option is selected we will send you an email with the Head Office address to collect your order.


RATES - INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Unfortunately FINDLAY does not yet offer international shipping. This is something that we are currently working on and look forward to adding to our online store. 


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment.  


ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

FINDLAY will happily accept returns on any full priced item/s within 7 days from receiving your order for an exchange or refund. All items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. 

Please get in touch with us at shop@findlaythelabel.com and we'll be happy to help you. For any faulty or damaged items please include imagery when contacting FINDLAY. 


RETURNING AN ITEM

Please contact us at shop@findlaythelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of your return/exchange.  We will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation Form as well as detailed instructions on returning your item/s. 
Once a Return Authorisation Form has been issued, the garments must be sent back within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for all return shipping expenses, unless you have received a faulty garment. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service. 
Once the garment is received and has undergone a quality control check, the purchase amount, less postage, will be refunded to the purchaser account.
